An exciting opportunity for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our client portfolio. You will identify and win new business opportunities across the UK, focusing on mid-market companies looking to outsource their logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Develop proposals and present logistics solutions to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with new and existing clients
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
Collaborate with operations to design bespoke logistics solutions
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transport, or supply chain
Proven track record of winning new business worth £500k+ annually
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
