Join our customer service team as the first point of contact for clients and recipients. You will handle delivery queries, booking requests, and service issues via phone, email, and our online portal.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
Process booking requests and provide quotes using our TMS
Track shipments and provide proactive updates to customers
Resolve delivery issues and manage claims and complaints
Liaise with operations teams to ensure customer SLAs are met
Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Requirements
Previous customer service experience, ideally in logistics or transport
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude
