IT Support Technician

Our IT team is looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide first and second-line support across our three MK sites. You will maintain our IT infrastructure, support end-users, and contribute to ongoing digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-line IT support to 300+ users across three sites
Manage hardware setup, imaging, and deployment for new starters
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, printers, and peripherals
Support warehouse management system (WMS) and transport management system (TMS)
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
Document IT procedures and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements

2+ years in an IT support role
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Hands-on hardware experience (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
CompTIA A+ or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
