Lead a shift team of 12 warehouse operatives at our Magna Park facility. You will be responsible for daily operations, team performance, and ensuring all customer orders are dispatched on time and in full.
Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 12 warehouse operatives on day or night shifts
Plan and allocate daily work to meet dispatch deadlines
Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching
Conduct shift briefings and ensure H&S compliance
Resolve operational issues and escalate where necessary
Support continuous improvement initiatives on the warehouse floor
Requirements
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
MHE licence (counterbalance and/or reach truck)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
